1. Booking
Confirmation of the number of people, the price, accommodation extras such as dining options and additional products will be included in the booking confirmation guests will receive following booking.
2. Price Agreement validity
The agreed prices are binding for both parties, and the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices as a result of changing in costs of increased taxes, or other circumstances beyond the hotels' control.
3. Change and Cancellation
There are two valid ways to change reservations:
- Hotel room guarantee until 16:00
The hotel is obligated to offer the guest a hotel room until 16:00 on the arrival day. If the guest have not cancelled the booking or arrived before 16:00, the hotel is free to cancel the booking without contacting the guest.
- Guarantee through company agreement, travel agency or credit card booking
All reservations are guaranteed if done through a company agreement, travel agency or by credit card. The hotel will hold the reservation until 07:00 on the morning after estimated arrival.
- Cancellation of a guaranteed reservationmust be done before 16:00 on the arrival day. If the guest does not show up or cancels after 16:00, the hotel will charge for the first night
- For reservations done through a special agreementwith Nordic Choice Hotels, the booking and cancellation agreements follow the specific contract.

4. Payment
- Cash payment.
If you pay by cash, the hotel will demand either a cash deposit on check-in or a credit card guarantee.
- Nordic Choice Hotels will accept payment by the following credit card companies:Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Eurocard or Diners
- Invoice policy:
An invoicing agreement has to be made in advance. In this case a credit check will be done. Stays with a cost of less than NOK 5.000, can not be paid by invoice.
5. Disposal of the room
Your hotel room is guaranteed to be ready for check-in after kl.15.00 on the arrival day and must be checked out of by 12.00 on your departure date. The rooms can be used beyond this time with the hotel's agreement
6. Responsibility for damage
The person whose name the reservation is under is responsible for damages to the premises as a result of negligence or unacceptably behaviour of guests.
7. Force majeure
Events outside the agreement party control - such as strikes, lockouts, fire, etc., which makes it impossible to fulfil the obligations in this agreement - gives the right to terminate the agreement without liability.
8. Venue
All disputes arising between parties in this agreement, or on other grounds, or between the guest and the hotel, will be treated under Norwegian law. If the dispute is not solved it will fall under the hotel property jurisdiction.
