
All our hotels use the web-based recruitment tool EasyCruit as part of their advertising and recruitment process. We also have a CV bank where applicants can add their CV and register their interest in working for Scandinavia's most exciting hotel company.
Choice Academy is our competence and development center for training and developing our hotel employees, managers, salesmen and other employees both locally and centrally. Here you will find courses, training collections and interactive courses for Choice products, systems, and much more.
We know it is of great importance to feel confident and competent in your profession. We also know you want to feel safe in the knowledge that you have the ability to develop and learn more in your career and that's why we offer our employees courses, seminars and e-learning.
Every spring up to five management trainees are recruited to our internal training program. Start up is every autumn and the candidates recieve work experience from several departments and hotels throughout the year. We mainly recruit internally for these positions as we know that there are many skilled employees in Choice. Additionally, we believe that this opportunity works as an excellent incentive for ambitious employees. Once the candidate has completed the MT-year, it is our intention that they enter a middle management or executive position in one of our hotels.
