This is Nordic Choice’s vision. It reflects the core values with which all our employees shall be familiar.

WeCare is the name of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform. CSR is and will remain one of our most important focus areas. Below is one of several definitions of CSR:

Corporate social responsibility describes how values are created. It deals with the way in which activities impact people, the environment and society. Responsible businesses take account of these matters.

Commerce must accept its share of responsibility for making the world a better place to live in – for current and future generations alike. The authorities can no longer bear this responsibility alone.

For us there is no other alternative than to act as a responsible and conscientious business. As far as is possible, we will consider all stakeholders who are impacted by our business operations. We have also found that this approach creates pride in the business, attracts and retains good employees and is an excellent culture-builder.
