Quality Hotel Sogndal is located in the heart of the fjord town of Sogndal on the Sognefjord. In addition to being an important conference hotel in Western Norway, its location provides you with the perfect base for unique nature experiences in the Sognefjord area.
The main attraction in the Sognefjord area is the landscape, and everything associated with it. Take part in glacier walks, kayak paddling on the fjord and glacial lakes, rafting, canyoning, farm visits etc. Well-known, national attractions such as Urnes Stave Church, Jotunheimen and Jostedalsbreen National Park, Sognefjellsvegen road – National Scenic Route, Breheimsenteret Visitor Centre, the Flåm Railway and the Nærøyfjord can be found in the surrounding area.
During the winter months, we have two ski centres, located just a 10-minute drive away, where beginners and children can frolic safely in a special children’s area, while the more adventurous find great free-style areas in and around the ski centre.
